Crafted with passion and heritage, our inaugural Missimer Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignon embodies the essence of the district, sourced exclusively from our family’s single-vineyard, where generations have nurtured these vines with dedication and care.
For the first time, rather than selling our prized fruit, we have chosen to craft a wine that reflects the heart of our land—an elegant yet powerful expression of its terroir. Aged in the finest new French oak, this Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the hallmark characteristics of Stags Leap: opulent dark fruit, supple tannins, and a seamlessly structured finish. Layers of blackcurrant, ripe plum, and cassis unfold alongside notes of cedar, graphite, and baking spice, leading to a long, velvety finish with hints of cocoa and espresso.
A testament to tradition and a bold step forward, this limited-production wine is both a celebration of our legacy and the beginning of a new chapter. Each vintage is meticulously farmed, fermented, bottled, and aged in the iconic Stags Leap Appellation of Napa Valley by our family. With fewer than 150 cases produced this vintage, our wine is as limited as it is exceptional.
